Shipping Policy
*Due to recent USPS temporary shipping changes, please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery.
At this time, Grounded in Herbs LLC uses USPS and UPS for all shipping options. We ship orders out within 72 business-day hours (does not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays) from Houston, TX. Please allow 3-5 postal business days after receiving your order tracking information for orders to be delivered. Due to the nature of our business, once your order is placed you have one hour to cancel it. If your address or information is incorrect, please email info@groundedinherbs.com within 1 hour to provide the correct information.
Our shipping rates depend on the carrier used, the destination zip code and the total weight of your shipment. One easy way to get an estimate is to use our online shopping cart. Add the items you want, checkout, select the shipping method and you will then see the shipping rate.
Occasionally popular items sell out before we can update their status on our website. In the event you have placed an order with us and an ordered item is out-of-stock, we will either call or email you to inform you that we will be unable to ship that item. We will then adjust and update your order to reflect the changes.
Customers agree to shipping policy below:

Customer agrees not to hold Grounded in Herbs LLC responsible for items lost or damaged by shipping carriers.

You as the customer are responsible for filing a claim for a refund through shipping carriers if your purchase/package has been damaged or lost.

If your package is lost in transit, you agree Grounded in Herbs LLC will not be held responsible if the tracking information says the package was “delivered”.

All customers, agree that you are solely responsible for following your own State's/Country’s regulations regarding the products you purchase.

Shipping carriers may change or adjust their delivery times at no fault of Grounded in Herbs LLC. Contact the shipping carrier for inquiries regarding packages already shipped.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.
All orders of $50 or more that are addressed to a physical location (sorry, no PO Boxes) and are being sent within the contiguous United States qualify for FREE standard shipping.
Please understand that if you are using a coupon and it drops your order total below the $50 amount you will be disqualified for free standard shipping. You can however increase your order total by adding more items to your cart until the total with coupon discount is $50.00 or more.

Return and Refund Policy
We stand by our products and our services! If you are unsatisfied with your order we will return or refund your money(minus shipping cost) within 30 days of your purchase date. Items unopened, damaged, or defective items. Items must be returned for a refund or replacement, and defective or damaged items will not be replaced or refunded if they are thrown away and not returned for inspection.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email us at info@groundedinherbs.com so that we can confirm your return. Once you have received confirmation from us via email, please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your original receipt or a note with your original order # on it.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7-10 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds times vary depending on your credit card company.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email, info@groundedinherbs.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
